The mouth is not the only way to express
when thoughts and when feelings are too strong
there ain't words to let them out
nor scream
nor yell
they become marks, they become images, they do not sound like spoken words...

write, drawn, edit... express yourself... and use some music too

A writer said: "write... a note when u talk on the phone, on a napkin, whererver... but write no matter if no one read it.. or even worse.... when they read what you don't want they know, but write... let your soul be written" (actually is a very bad translation )
